Nice matte finish. Easy to work with. Pretty wrinkle resistant if you know what you're doing. Easy to peel off the backing paper. Pretty good price for the amount of material in my opinion.

Weeds well
This is a very nice navy blue color. It weeds well, however, cannot remove it with tape transfer. Had to use the weeding tool to remove each letter.

Matte Navy Blue Permanent Vinyl
First time using this vinyl. I was nervous because all that I have ever used has been 651. Couldn't find 651 in the matte color that I needed. Saw this item and decided to take a chance. Pleasantly surprised. Cuts great. Thin, but very good adhesive. A tiny tad difficult to weed since the backing is plastic. Just slow down when weeding and you should be okay. Will buy again. Would recommend
