IMPORTANT: Lysine bottle pictured reads "capsules" - BUT description reads "serving size: 1 tablet." WHICH IS IT??

I have tried both the 1000mg and 500mg. The 1000mg are rather large tablets which I found hard to swallow so I switched to the 500mg which are smaller capsules.
