Sometimes the USB port with the connected mouse would stop responding - I would have to unplug and then plug it in again for it to work. I also use the HDMI port to connect an external monitor to my laptop. Its one single USB-C port used to connect all my external monitor, mouse and keyboard to my laptop for easy unplug and travel. So with that said, it deserves 5 star for the features and it's price point.
