It says they're healing crystals. I just wanted to know how they heal what's the meaning behind each of em?

Hi, Dear Customer. The amethyst can drive misfortunes away, calm down your feelings, strengthen the social interaction, stabilize the affection between couples. | Obsidian can give us insights into what would be necessary to make change. It impels us to grow while still lending support and shields you from affecting by malignant energies, and also helps you keep your thoughts positive.| Tiger Eye can heal issues with self-worth, self-criticism and blocked creative energy. It can also be used to balance Yin and Yang energies.

Is this safe to keep on/shower with?

hi, it'd better to take the red tiger's eye crystal necklace off when you're shower.

I heard that someone has to bless it and gift it to you in order for it to work. Is this correct?

No, you don’t have to receive as a gift just needs to be recharged every couple of days for it to have its positive outcomes and to recharge is moonlight I hang my off my balcony

Is there a message with it that explains what's it for if you are giving as gift?

No, it did not. At least mine didn't. I gave mine as gifts too, so I looked them up online and made individual cards with the color and what they do. I hope this helps.
