The wind chime was damaged in the packaging process. Removed from box and the fairies on the moon were bent. Tried to bend back in order but it left bend marks in the metal. Not happy about that. This was to be a gift to someone.Overall it’s a beautiful wind chime just left blemished due to damage. However, Nicole from customer support has been great and will replace my damaged product. That’s so great!! So I will buy from them again..

The media could not be loaded.  This solar wind chime is gorgeous! You can use it outside or even inside as just decoration! If wherever you hang it doesn't have direct sunlight, you can remove the top solar panel and place it in the direct sun during the day to charge! Chimes are sturdy and gems are plastic so no worries about if they will break because they won't! Plenty of light and lovely sound. Even the bulb looks like decorated glass. Was packaged well too! This would make an excellent gift for anyone who loves whimsical items!

Chimes are beautiful and sound nice. However, when they were delivered the string in the center was broken and the amber colored balls were lying in the package. I didn't want to send it back and have to wait on another so I tied like 5 knots in it to hold it together and tied a double knot in the center of the string to hold the balls on. I hope it holds as the string is silky and doesn't like to grab well. Would've been delighted had it not been broken. Still going to use it. I just like it so much I didn't want to part with it.

This came just a little bent and one bead had fallen off. I emailed and talked to Nicole, she asked if it was possible to bend it back and if so she’d offer a partial refund but if not she’d send out another. I bent it back and tied the bead back on and it’s absolutely amazing. It’s beautiful! The product is great and the customer service is even better!

Absolutely beautiful! The light on the moon angel is bright and the chimes are clear and soft.It arrived quickly and undamaged. You can't go wrong with this company and their products always designed very well.

Nice and the light is pretty but the hands came bent a bit. It wasn’t difficult to bend them back with my own fingers so it looks fine. Very cute, love that it’s solar.

This is the most beautiful solar light I've ever purchased hands down. The lights stays on even when cloudy. I would definitely purchase again as gifts!

As you see in so many other reviews the item is damaged.. It's how it's packaged... If you can straighten it up enough it lights up real pretty and has a nice sound
