Weight Bench with Leg Extension and Leg Curl Adjustable Workout Bench Home Strength Training Bench, Incline Flat Exercise Bench (Red line)

I needed a bench for leg extension and curls that I could do at home. And this bench allows me to do what I need. But I am a woman on the small side. If you are a big guy, this bench may not work for you. It also could be a little more sturdy. But for a low-cost exercise bench that doesn't take up a lot of room, this works for me.

Plenty of different workouts you can do on this. Its small and you can store it anywhere. Good equipment for beginners or apartments.

Decent incline bench for the money, The leg curl portion of this needs improvement, it is very flimsy.

Easy to assemble once I found a way to enlarge the print in the ridiculous tiny faded print in the two page manual. Longer then expected plus narrow. Padding is so so. I am 5 ft tall and it still seems narrow to me when doing DUMBBELL flys. The worse is doing hamstring curls, the foam is awful. I put a slim pillow so I have more cushion. The leg extension is fine but it will not take Olympic weights. Finding weights with a smaller hole is expensive so I just hang my kettle bells on it and am careful. With ham curls also careful. By the way this is NOT a leg press I see so many mention! Been a trainer and have worked out for over thirty years, stopped going to the gym so have my own but basically bought this for hamstring curls, which was a mistake but I can work around this. One thing I did like was the arm curl which surprised me since I have one on my personal gym. Really gives a great pump with minimal weight. All in all this is just ok. Since I bought this,Amazon has JUST a leg and ham curl machine which looks pretty heavy duty which I wish I had known about. Was going to send this back but too much of a hassle Oh forgot about the useless cables on the bottom which have absolutely no resistance. I have my own cables that I hooked up and threw the original ones away. UPDATE: Getting rid of this . The leg curl is not only impossible to use, it is not made for an adult. Don’t know who designed this but is so extremely uncomfortable I won’t use it anymore. The bench is ridiculously narrow. Don’t know how any man or woman could use this. All it is doing is taking up space. Even doing incline dumbell flys is not safe. Tried to make it work. Tried to make it work. It doesn’t.

It’s light enough to move around and very comfortable

It’s well-made and it’s sturdy and it’s definitely not a piece of crap. It’s a good exercise bench but I’m 5 foot eight so the lifting of the leg press when I’m in the sitting position is a little difficult but doable but everything else is perfect with my height.

The first order was missing parts, the (8x50)bolt/nut, the M. Sports pull ropes, M10 Plastic Screw and the M10 Plum Plastic Nut. I waited for the replacement one to show up before boxing up the first one, the same exact parts were missing from the replacement one..lol. I went ahead and put the bench together before repackaging the first one and come to find out it didn’t need the parts I have X’d out in the picture, so the parts list is wrong and the bench bolted up completely with no issues , just missing the ropes, I would’ve gave it 5 stars but it gets 3.8 stars only because both benches were missing the ropes and the trouble I went through of repackaging. So if someone winds up getting the one I sent back I left a note inside stating the ropes are missing so you won’t have to unpack it to find out., you’re welcome 👍🏻.
