I mix this with orange juice or tangerine juice and use an electric hand blender to smooth it out. I think a more tart juice balances it out well. The more you can blend/mix this, the better and smoother it goes down. Not a lot of residue/grit left in the glass either. I have had more expensive mixes that I just can't get down because they are too grassy. There is a slight "vitamin" (really slight) after taste. I am super sensitive to commercial vitamins and this doesn't bother me at all. The 11oz through desertcart is a good bargain.
