Motorcycle Saddlebags Leather PU Saddlebags for Softailfor Scooter Honda Suzuki Yamaha Street Sportster

First off I purchased through Amazon Second Chance/Amazon Resale, so I didn't pay the retail price. I've had a lot of luck with this program and this buy was no exception. The only thing I would change about the bag is the width. I wish they were a bit wider as this would help with doggy bags. The bag looks good on the bike and I really like the latches. These are so much easier than buckles. I don't know why more bike bags don't use these. Happy overall with purchase and performance of these bags.

This review is for the "Vechkom Motorcycle Saddlebags Leather PU Saddlebags for Softail Scooter Honda Suzuki Yamaha Street Sportster" which is the square shaped saddlebags.I don't know where the 400+ reviews and 4/5 star rating came from (misleading to me), but these saddlebags have the durability of a theatre prop. Literally made of foam. I wasn't expecting leather, but given 4/5 stars I was expecting at least an adequate substitute.While I appreciate the design and fit (which drew me to try this product), there's no way I would trust these foam-based bags, weighing just ounces, to reliably stay on my bike as I did 60 mph down the highway. I'm not even going to consider what time, weather, and the Texas sun will do to them in 6 months.Do yourself a favor, save the time I wasted, and pick either a soft saddlbag set made of real leather/nylon, or a hard set made of ABS plastic. Both can be found inexpensively for just a few more dollars than this product.

These were super easy to install and so far have been holding up really well. I have a 2021 sportster iron 883 xl for reference.
