I didn’t like it too strong. **Q: Is this shampoo for real? Not fake?** A: I ordered and received a shampoo & Conditioner in bottles and it was real, but I didn’t like it. **Q: Did not realize shampoo was for color treated hari? Can it be used on virgin hair?** A: It can be for color treated or damaged hair. You could use it on virgin hair. I liked the smell of this shampoo but using both the shampoo and conditioner did not help my dry hair. I do have graying hair though. Would like it to be more emollient. **Q: Both shampoo and conditioner I received today have half chipped pump head. Is it possible for a partial refund?** A: Why not reach out and ask them for two pumps? If you like the quality and scent?... That might be an easier fix. TOKYO I thought I would give the shampoo and conditioner a try. I was not disappointed! I love its clean, bamboo scent and how hydrating it is. The bottle is a fun shape and larger than I expected! I love that it has a pump for precise and convenient application. However, $15 is a bit of a steep price point but at least it works!! No residue and I haven't had any dandruff while using this product. My hair feels clean without feeling striped or dried out! I'm glad I gave it a try! I wish it was more color safe, however, it preserves color more than other shampoos!
