This tool box was packed well. It arrived without a blemish. The box itself has no defects. It is a nice addition to my lower tool chest. These are not the same brand. I chose the upper one because the color match. This box is exactly the same drawer configuration as my first tool box. I purchased back in 1974. From the NAPA parts store in Baton Rouge, LA.

It is a tool box. It arrived in good condition, and took very little installation, just install the handles on the sides. The sheet metal appears to be sufficient for my home shop, especially considering the price. Having used craftsman tool chests and roll-a-ways making my living in various mechanical jobs, I would say this is comparable albeit a little smaller. That is a good thing in my small shop. There are enough drawers to hold my common tools and keep them handy, with a good mix of smaller and larger drawers. Having to leave my old shop and tools behind during a move across country, this will be my go-to box in my now smaller shop. If I find that I need another one, I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

Just the right size

I'll start with on that might Help someone else. The lock on this unit has a defect in the alignment of the latch and hook. I returned one due to what I thought was an incorrect key. When the replacement arrived, it had the same problem. This time I took a little more of a chance in damaging the unit or the key. I flipped it on its back and push/pull while applying an large amount of force to twist the key. I eventually was able to get it unlatched. Then it wouldn't open more than an inch. Again, I applied a large amount of force and was able to get it open. The lid opens smoothly now, and the lock moves back and forth freely. Now it wouldn't latch. I had to bend the latch in to realign with the hook. it now works properly like it should. An additional problem is that the unit doesn't have handles like the picture, but it does have the holes for someone to mount some.While it is the dimensions listed, the top 4 rows of drawers are very shallow depth. It will work for my purpose, but someone will be caught by surprise. For example, most 1/4-inch screwdriver bit cases will fit, but my Dewalt case will not.With that said, it is a good bench top toolbox. Other than the issues I pointed out, it is a good toolbox for the money. I would purchase again, especially now that I understand why it wouldn't open upon arrival,

The quality of the tool chest is excellent all the parts were there and the trays all slide nicely.

Box is poor quality.The drawer guides are very weak and they are not ball bearing.Drawers do not slide out all the way.The side handles are screwed into the side wich is very very thin metal

I to Lapidary work and have small tools so this tool box works great and is small enough to save space. If your using normal around the house or with car tools STAY AWAY from this. The drawers are too small for normal tools. I 5 starred this because it works great for what I bought it for, which is lapidary type work.

I like the size the doors are long enough to get the long wrenches in. It’s narrow enough to fit on the bench and have room to work in front of it.

Happy with toolbox for household use, works great and price is very affordable as opposed to larger name brands.

Item arrived promptly. Packed well. And was returned and refunded just as promptly. I give 5 stars to the seller. The product drawer sizes however were an unexpected disappointment. The top drawer couldn't be opened with the key. Something faulty in the mechanism. The drawers were too shallow to hold my screw drivers, wrenches, hammers and other tools. Perfect for fishing lures or beads but not tools. Check all the sizes of drawers before ordering.
