The arm is well built, but I returned because it couldn't hold my LG C2 55 inch.

This doesn't hold up the Samsung G9 as advertised. By advertised I mean the weight should be able to hold it up based on the specs. The monitor keeps looking downwards, I've tried everything and adjusted/tighten as much as possible but still looks downward. While it looks very good and feels strong and sturdy, I will probably need to do some sort of hack to get it to get the monitor to not look downward.

You are most likely considering to buy this product for your Samsung Neo G9, a monitor that is lighter than the advertised 19kg capacity. Though the arms can lift that weight, the tilt that comes with this product can't lift the G9. To do that, I needed to purchase a separate "Ergotron HX Heavy Duty Tilt Pivot" which is almost half the price of this product. Please consider this before you make your purchase.

The Ergotron HX holds my 57" Odyssey g9 just fine, except for monitor tilting. Raising the monitor and swinging it around is easy as pie once all the tensions are dialed in and monitor happily stays wherever I put it with no sagging over time. The only issue is the up and down pivot, no monitor arm currently exists that can deal with this massive monitor's weird centre of gravity. Knowing nothing can handle the tilt, I didn't pick up the optional Heavy Duty mount and instead jammed a couple of screws in the tilt mechanism to lock it in place. It's crude, but it works!

Schon beim Auspacken fällt die Qualität der Verarbeitung und die Stabilität des Armes auf. Die Installation ist leicht und bis zum Setup des Schirmes sehr intuitiv. Das Handbuch brauchte ich im weiteren zur finalen Prüfung, ob ich auch alles korrekt an-/zu-geschraubt hatte. Die Dämpfung wird dann über entsprechende Schrauben justiert. Ich habe einen 49" Monitor installiert - ich empfehle dies zu Zweit zu tun. Habe es alleine gemacht, war auch kein Problem, vom Handling ist es aber einfacher mit einer zweiten Person. Preislich ok - nicht der billigste, aber definitiv eine gute Investition!

Il braccio per monitor più solido che abbia mai visto. Regge senza il minimo problema un monitor come il PG348Q, un 34 pollici ultrawide di circa 10 chili (non serve neanche l'Heavy-Duty Tilt Pivot per questo). Facile da montare, regolabile in ogni punto, non presenta neanche un po' di gioco, stabilissimo anche quando estenso al massimo lontano dalla base . Nonostante sia decisamente costoso vale il prezzo, si vede da subito la robustezza rispetto agli altri bracci. Ottimo anche il modo di gestire i cavi, facendoli passare al di sotto del braccio sono più comodi da collegare alle prese del monitor e risultano più facili da gestire e nascondere. C'est le bras indispensable pour n'importe quel utilisation. Je l'ai pris suite au passage d'un double écran à un mono écran incurvé (AlienWare 38"). La marque est exceptionnelle en terme de qualité. Le bras est lourd, solide et ne bougera jamais de votre installation. Le seul point négatif c'est le service client. J'ai eu une discutions de plusieurs jours par mail pour débattre de la compatibilité de mon écran avec le bras. Pour info et sans raconter ma vie: - Il supporte un poids plus lourds que le miens. - Il supporte une taille d'écran supérieur au miens. - Le bras est compatible avec le Samsums Odyssey G9 qui est plus incurvé que le miens donc plus profond. Et le service client me confirme sans relache que mon écran n'est pas compatible avec le bras HX ni aucun de leurs produits. Je vous confirme qu'il n'y à aucun soucis et que tant que les spécificité de votre écran correspondes, n'écoutez pas le service client.
