IF your other meals of the day are low in SAT fat, cholesterol and salt, may not be a problem, but DO check package. I like because it does have iron in it and as someone who doesn't eat meat, that's a plus. BOTTOMLINE: WOULD DEFINITELY order again. I look for healthy, non-meat, simple ingredients that taste good and this fills the bill for me!
