Works well for our water drinking kid
We really like this multivitamin. My kid has a pretty good diet, but I like knowing he’s got a boost during this birthday season. Endless birthday parties with cake and bad stuff. It’s nice to know he’s getting something in. My kid does not drink any liquids aside from water, so when I got this, I thought it might be rough. The first time I tried it, it didn’t dissolve well in cold water and he refused to eat it. Tried mixing with yogurt and even I thought it looked yuck. He does drink a magnesium supplement at night and I thought, I’ll give that a go. Went great on the first try. I add the magnesium, the scoop of multivitamin, add a bit of hot water, mix it. Then once it’s dissolved, I add a bit of cool water. I think it makes the drink slightly sweeter but he’s never complained about it. My kid loves gummy vitamins but I’m so against them. And he refuses to take our Mary’s Ruth liquid vitamin so this was the alternative.

Tasteless
I love that I can mix this into my child’s food without changing the taste of the food!

Worthless! First fail with Garden of life so far…
Wow, I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am in this product. I am a huge, or was, a huge fan of this brand. Although notoriously pricey, they often have sales and you get what you pay for. I’m a single mom living off of literally just Financial aid because I am a full time student as well. So anyways, I found the means to purchase the best brand possible for my toddler because I can’t think of a more important item to spend that money on. Boy was i wrong.I have many problems with this product, biggest being that month’s and months later, it remains in my cabinet completely and totally unused.Surely there’s some great stuff in it, I don’t doubt that for a second. But it doesn’t really matter how great the ingredients are if you can’t get your kid to ingest them, right? So originally I got it to mix in her bottles. I didn’t mind if it changed the color or was a little extra work to get it to mix in, you know I didn’t see that as a problem. But there is nothing water soluble about this mixture. That’s understandable as well. What’s not understandable is the fact that it’s not even mixable in water or milk or liquid of any kind. It just clumps up and doesn’t mix with the liquid AT ALL. So it just either gets stuck in the nipple of the bottle or hangs out on the side or the bottom of the bottle. Then even clogging it to the point of making it impossible for my daughter to even drink her bottle let alone get any extra nutrients, lol. I realized this right away and immediately tried to return it but of course being a consumable product for children I was unable to return it. So here it sits in my cabinet collecting dust…Meanwhile I’m still lusting over all the products made for my demographics but remain unable to afford them. Such a silly waste. If anyone has ever tried to mix Matcha green tea powder with water using a spoon or fork or just by shaking it, that’s the situation you find yourself in. A fools errand. So I guess this should be sold with a traditional wooden whisk and stand, and instructional videos on the ancient Japanese ceremonial tea drinking rituals lol.Go for Liquid/drops if you’re looking for a boost in your child’s diet. But hey, garden of life, if you’re reading this, I wouldn’t HATE a promotional credit towards another product that I could actually use. (Or even, dare i say, a refund?)Just saying…

Obvious blend
While my daughter didn't mind the powder, my son was not a fan as he could see the color and smell the vegetables. I was hoping for a less obvious powder!

Literally a HIT!! 10/10
Idk what people are saying these vitamins taste GREAT for a NATURAL product! Our kiddo loves the taste but they are also on a natural diet so isn't shocked by the tasted of fruits and veggies, in fact, loves it and will eat the powder straight if I allowed LOL her energy is great and dark eye circles are going away:) // as for other comments saying it doesn't dissolve in water?? It does..HOW TO MIX IN A DRINK:1. just mix it in a DASH of whatever liquid youre adding it to to create a paste first2. THEN add the rest of whatever liquid and shake or stir = NO CLUMPS!!It mixes right in, you just gotta penetrate the powder first, don't just add a scoop to liquid and expect it to mix without clumps
