Fitted perfectly and able to pump gas
It fitted my 2012 Escalade and not hard to put on. I was able to pump gasoline back into my tank without pump going off. I felt the engine running a little bit smoother but it just might be me.Updated - The gasoline pump starting going off again every 2 gallons. I had to vacuum the lines with a handheld home vacuum cleaner and blow the lines, vapor canister and gasoline tank (without taking off). Several carbon pellets were vacuum and others came out when blowing the gasoline tank through the gas cap. I saw some youtube videos. I didn't take the part off nor lower the gas tank. So far, is working great and no more gas pump going off. Good Luck. The Vapor Canister was not the problem and still have the one bought from Amazon.

Get all 3 parts and clean your lines
I own a 2004 5.3 V8 Non-Flexfuel GMC Yukon. I initially purchased the vent solenoid (214-2149) and vent valve (214-1105) for my car to fix fuelling issues, but those did not end up rectifying the issue. I ended up purchasing this product and cleaning the lines with an air pump which fixed the issue. If any problems come up within the next couple of months, Iโll update this review. Also, some information to anyone dealing with these issues.GMT800 vehicles came with non-flexfuel and flexfuel capable vehicles. If your vin number has the letter โTโ for the 8th alphanumeral, that is non-flexfuel and the parts I mentioned above will work. Flex fuel ready vehicles to my understanding use a different vent solenoid.Edit 25 June 2020: It has been 18 months and 15,000 miles since I have purchased this product and it still performing flawlessly.Edit 23 April 2022: The car was recently sold and, 4 and a half years after purchase, I never had an issue at a gas station. The three parts mentioned in my original review will solve your problem.

Check labelling at warehouse
I cannot find a place to let amazon now about the error so maybe mentioning this here will help. I received this item and it did not fit my 2006 escalade. After close inspection I discovered that the amazon #B000EQVSME sticker is on a gm #22963841 box rather than a gm #15109431. The 15109431 is the correct one for my application but because the amazon sticker was on the wrong box I recieved the 22963841 instead. The ad is accurate with pics and part number but the B000EQVSME tag must have been accidentally put on the wrong box. No big deal if this was the only one to get tagged like this, but if the whole shipment was then lots of people are going to get the wrong one. I ordered a replacement and am hoping the correct one comes this time.
