I initially started looking into a Serotonin supplement for my 11-year old son. He has PANS, so he has insomnia, he has anxiety, and a very negative outlook on life. It was amazing. We added the Serotonin in and Oh My God. Not only did we sleep, but I woke up in the morning feeling good. I will say that if you are going to take both of these together, make sure you block out a chunk of time to sleep. The quality of sleep is something I haven't experience in a really long time. I mean maybe at the first doses I felt more uplifted, but daily use in the morning dose nothing to help improve baseline emotional levels for me. Noticed nothing, unfortunately didn't aid in some move improvement with my workouts, just get magnesium, stretch, and breath.
