It lightens skin marks only
I have been using this product since two to three weeks now. I have some pigmentation marks on my nose. It lightens the skin marks and brighten up skin colour. But does not remove marks completely till now. May be it will take longer time to completely clear my nose pigmentation marks. May be it will take 2 to 3 month's.

Product quality is extremely poor and has a unpleasant smell. The cream color is light yellow unlike the original color. It seems unsafe for skin. Waste money on 2 creams. I will not recommend to anyone. Completely disappointed.
