After trying several carbohydrate supplements, I can confidently say that Vitargo truly stands out for recovery and performance. It absorbs quickly and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort, making it perfect to take right after training or mixed with your post-workout protein shake. I've noticed better recovery and less fatigue the next day, especially after strength sessions and long cardio workouts. The powder dissolves well (best with a shaker) and has no artificial taste or heavy feeling. If you train consistently and need to replenish glycogen without simple sugars, this is an excellent choice. The price is slightly higher than other carb products, but the quality is absolutely worth it.

This is a great product to have as an alternative to Glycoject. The only thing i dont like is it gets clumpy so you really have to put an effort into shaking the product while mixing.

Purchased the “20 scoop tub” for about $42 with tax. If you look at the scoop guidelines for a male “elite/superior” they recommend 6 total scoops on a training day. I workout 5 days a week. For $42 I’m pretty much paying for a 3.5 day supply of carb intake. Six scoops for 3 days and 2 scoops for the 4th day which would just me 1 serving instead of 3 servings on the fourth day.

Me and my wife are light sleepers, we are easily waken up and hard to go back to sleep again...this after we had kids and probably were just really getting older:) .... we would use this after workouts and we do notice improved sleep quality since we started taking them. Anyone who is into sports know that a good sleep results in better recovery. I train for triathlons and this helps a lot

Bought this product and tried it for few times. the thing is, I prepared the bottle in the evening as I planned to ride next morning. Shakes it well and left in the fridge. Took the bottle in the morning and shakes it again. The powder didn’t move so I took a fork and stick it in to try and mix the bottle. The powder got all like WAX!!! I couldn’t blend it with the bottle so planned to do a new one but I couldn’t remove it from the bottle until I put almost boiler water to melt the powder. That thought made me think what happens when I drink it? Will it be same in my body?! In that case I don’t think anyone should drink this. I never had such an experience with any other powder
