My blood sugar is lower than it was before I started taking white mulberry pills.
My blood sugar tests that I take every Saturday went down when I started taking white mulberry pills and they are consistently much better than before I started taking it about two months ago.

This supplement has no fillers.
The fact that there are no fillers in this supplement is a big plus. I commend them for not adding fillers. I prefer companies that don't add fillers.

Can't Get It Open
This works very well in lowering my blood glucose levels substantially. It would be 5 stars but for one thing ... The last bottle that I ordered was nearly impossible to get into. I'm older, and have difficulty with opening bottles normally so I don't generally worry about a bit of difficulty. This isn't just a bit of difficulty. I went to open it before bed this evening and I can't get it open. Nothing even budges, almost as if the lid has been glued on. I will have to change my subscription to another brand because of this.

Not too sure they do what they say they're supposed to do
I have consumed nearly half the bottle, and I am not sure if they're really doing anything. Seems like I get less headaches. I think they stabilize blood sugar somewhat. But I haven't experienced too much of a drop in blood sugar.

Capsules smell very bad
These capsules only contain mulberry leaf extract, why do they smell awful? I won't be buying them again because of their bad smell.
