The thickness is great. I put it on top of my regular yoga matt to make it thicker. It’s not slippery at all. It smells for a short while. I love that it’s really cotton. I ordered a light beige and blends beautifully in my bedroom. Simple design.

I plan to use another quilted cotton topper over this as they are the same The tag says “100% cotton” and no other details about organic or any certification. It’s soft like thick cotton, but it is not organic. I contacted the seller as I’m tired of products being misrepresented on Amazon. They said it’s organic cotton but not certified to keep cost down, and the knots are because it’s handmade and they could send one without. Live Well Customer service went above and beyond. The new mat has no smell, is smooth, and the correct length.

Use it regularly, love that it's not made of plastic. Sometimes still slip on it though so I recommend grippy socks with it.

I've always been one for the thicker padded yoga mats...but I want to be more conscious of toxins etc, so I finally made the purchase and I am very happy I did. There's no smell, I feel confident in using it that it's healthy. No issues with grip or anything. Love the length. Would be 5 stars if it was a bit wider.

The label on the yoga mat states that it is made from 100% cotton, not "organic cotton" as the ad states. But worst of all, the smell of this item makes me cough and nauseous. I wish amazon would hold sellers accountable for false advertising. This is the 4th item I have purchased that stated it was organic but was not. All of which had strong chemical smells. I'm tired of returning items. I feel like I have been left no other option than to start buying directly from reputable companies instead of amazon.
