how does it taste? I hear that pure saw aplmetto oil has a strong flavor, do you mix it with any juice or yogurt?

I suppose if you digest it… It’s not super strong so if I was to take it by mouth, I wouldn’t be afraid to just put drops in mouth, but yogurt would work if it had some sweetness to it

Is this USDA organic certified? How do we know it is organic?

The sam palmetto oil label do not states that it is organic. However, the company's online description states that the berries are grown organically in the wild. As a side note; I am not sure if the berries are commercially grown using pesticides and unaware of GMO palmetto berries.

Can you use this topically?

Yes you can. It works in a similar manner as the medication finasteride, which is used to treat hair loss and an enlarged prostate in men, not recommended for women. You should not take them together, unless directed by your doctor. Saw palmetto may reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives because it interacts with hormones. I'm sure it has some form of benefits for women? I'm not sure. But it's a prostate medication for men and used to treat typical MPB (male pattern baldness) in males.

How is this extracted ? CO2 super critical ?

All of the ingredients are GMO free. The product is exclusively produced from Florida, wildcraft saw palmetto. This product is extracted using CO2 and therefore does not contain any residual solvents. The Product has not been treated with gamma rays or other ionizing radiation. hope this helps
