A "shot" of this juice every day is the prescription for good health. Full disclosure here - not for the faint of heart, its literally like "doing a shot" of hard liquor :) - The taste is super tart (beyond your wildest dreams) - but after working in Europe and specifically Nordic countries, I discovered the amazing health benefits of Arctic berries - skin, hair, overall immune and health. It's 100% pure- which is super important. Trust me, you will get used the taste (well maybe :)

Still in my 1st week I take about 1oz in the AM. It's thick and oily with a bit of grit in it. Tastes like throw up but not bad if you cut with something carbonated then its kinda like sour Emergen-C. I prefer that over OJ. Might be worth trying powder/capsules or but wasn't sure if the processing negatively affects the nutrients. I have noticed a boost in energy and mood when I take this with vit d3 capsules.

Any night I take a little bit of this concentrate and mix it with a juice or with water and a drop of agave nectar, the next day I do feel a tiny bit of an extra spring in my step. I'm sure it provides other benefits, too, but this is the one that's more tangible. Thumbs up!

This is just sea buckthorn juice, not mixed with fruitjuice or sugar, that’s a good thing I’m drinking this for the purity of what it is, I pour the serving I want and mix in some mango juice so it’s easier to drink, I love this product you can see the oils from the berry in the juice the color is so vibrant, the taste alone is the tartest berry I’ve ever tasted that’s why I water it down to drink. I’m very thankful and will continue to purchase from this company 🙏❤️

For me, It’s a horrible bitter taste. I take it straight out of the bottle and have recently started adding my spoiled child mango, flavored collagen and chasing it with a mango flavored sea moss from the true sea moss brand.I don’t know that it’s making me feel any better , but definitely not worse. This is my second bottle purchase.
