My skin looks noticeably more hydrated and has a healthier glow, and my hair feels stronger with less breakage than before. The taste takes some getting used to — it's tart and earthy since it's 100% pure juice with no added sugars or fillers, which I actually appreciate for authenticity. I mix about an ounce into a smoothie each morning and it blends in nicely without overpowering other flavors. Decided to give this a try for various reasons. Some internal female needs , outer skin, digestive health , and the overall claims. Yes my skin has changed , a plumpness has returned to my face , more hydrated. You definitely MUST combine with another juice once you pour your measured 1oz amount. I do 3 oz of a smoothy type drink mixed with the 1 oz. I’m Not a juice lover , so a total of 4 oz mixed juice is more than enough! For me “coincidentally “ I’ve experienced constipation. My ease of being regular has stopped. I’ve done extensive research and this is NOT a common side effect for an Omega 7! I intend to continue the bottle till empty. Rest for a month which is how my subscription is set up. This will give me a time line to judge my tummy backup. I’ve always been regular, so this is baffling me. The overall experience and benefits are noticeable including some weight loss despite my backup Lol. Yes I recommend!

Expiration date on received product is two years ahead, for two orders so far. Received nice communications directly from the company that packages & sells it. (SIBU) I like their commitment to supporting fair labor practices with the people of the area where this plant grows. The flavor is a bit strong & sour straight up, but adds a nice tartness to my morning protein shake. I've taken other reviewers suggestions and I mix a shot of it with cold sparkling water, and it's yummy tart! Also tastes equally as good mixed with hot water for a tart warming tea. I've only been consuming for a little over a week at this point. Too soon to tell if there will be notable health benefit or skin improvement. I'm trying it out specifically to address mucous membrane skin dryness and atrophy due to aging. Will drink 3-4 oz per day for a month before I decide if it helps or not. Kinda pricey as a supplement at this level of consumption, but if it works, it will be well worth it. There are other producers of Sea Buckthorn products, but I'd rather pay a higher price and be assured of quality product and ethical production practices.

Full disclosure here - not for the faint of heart, its literally like "doing a shot" of hard liquor :) - The taste is super tart (beyond your wildest dreams) - but after working in Europe and specifically Nordic countries, I discovered the amazing health benefits of Arctic berries - skin, hair, overall immune and health. It's 100% pure- which is super important. Trust me, you will get used the taste (well maybe :)

I ordered this twice the first time I tasted great enjoyed it and seen allot of different in health over time but the second time maybe a bad batch or something It didn’t taste nothing like the previous one and I been sick for 4 days now I don’t want to say it the drink it could the the bipolar weather and the flu that’s going around but it was just coincidence that I drank it and next day I was sick. I will keep buying more is just I want to receive consistent results like I did on the first order the first one when u take a soon fill it’s like a thick glob almost the second one was just all liquid tasted weird too but the product is really healthy for anyone wanting to buy it do your research before trying it out if u don’t believe me but within 30 days i noticed my hair isn’t shedding as much and it’s normal for someone to loose around 50 to 100 hair a day but after taking this I noticed significant change For the company I just want consistency with the order the first one was great second one was no great I ordered a third one I will leave a review for that one once I try it.
