These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these. I think I'm seeing a positive difference in my overall mood but it's hard to tell. I'm taking these in place of actual medication for anxiety bc I had a reaction to 2 of them so I needed something else and I like that it's safe for breastfeeding.
