Q: Can you shower with it on and it not turn green?

Hi there! Hope you and your family are doing well during this hard times. Thanks for your question. Yes, you can get it wet :)! If you get it splashed, no worries! We just don't really recommend showering with it or going swimming with it because water that's hard, chlorinated, etc can leave a residue on the necklace and it would need to be polished up with the polishing pad we send with all of our jewelry. But you can get it wet, it just doesn't look it's best with that residue on it. And then just tip if you are vacationing or anything like that: Please avoid pools and jacuzzis and anything with sulfur like hot springs while wearing the jewelry. Just follow the care tips and storage instructions and you should be fine :)! <3 Efy

Q: My mother tripped and fell at work, do you fix it if I send it back to be fixed or does it cost? I know it said the first 5 years of any issues.

They replaced my broken necklace with a brand new one at no cost.

Q: Would this fit a three year old?

Hi there, It may be a bit long for her, however, she can certainly grow into it. If you wish to order it shorter, you can. To order: If you purchase this item as is, it will come from the Amazon warehouse and we won't be able to make you a custom item. In order for it to come out of our studio where we can make you this custom necklace, please follow these directions: 1) click on the listing 2) scroll over to the right and down where it says: 'Other Sellers on Amazon' (below the add to cart area) 3) click on the link that says '2 new' 4) select the 2nd one, the one that says it's being shipped by EFYTAL Jewelry's studio...even though it looks like it'll take longer to get there- THIS IS THE CORRECT AND ONLY OPTION FOR THIS TO WORK. 5) in the gift message field please type: " make 16" in total length " . You are welcome to email me the order # after you place the order. We won't charge you extra for this change :)! Thank you so much!

Hi there, Yes! You can order this as a gift, sure :)! The packaging that it comes with is in the last photo that I included in the listing: It comes wrapped in a silver saver bag, secured in a plastic bag. Then it's put inside the box with the card insert. It also comes with a yellow polishing cloth, a pretty gift bag complete with tissue paper to match!
