There is 1g of sugar per serving. If your diet doesn't allow sugar I don't know what your limits are. however it is a delicious salad vinegar and you just need a little olive oil to go with it...

The bottle i received is labelled in german. it seems to say it contains saccharin. is this right? does the german version have different ingredients?

Yes, this is imported from Germany- hence the label in German. The ingredients translate as: Water, brandy vinegar, salt, natural dillaroma, spices, color E150c, sweetener saccharin

ingredient list? i am checking for refrigeration necessity.

No need to refrigerate, it is vinegar not salad dressing

There are 2.9g of salt per every 100ml.
