Do these include the glue?

It has a mini tube of glue which has enough for at least one full application.

how do I cancel an order?

Go to your orders under the main menu. Click the item you would like to cancel. You should see a cancel order button. If all else fails they can cancel through Amazon chat for you.

How do you take the glue off is there a nontoxic glue remover for toenails?

The easiest way I found was to cut them like you're cutting your regular toenails. After that they fall off or can be slightly pulled on to remove. I once had a stubborn one and just used nail polish remover on a cotton ball for a minute and it came off.
