Personally I have a harder time with larger pills and these are large. Arrived well packaged and bottle is securely closed until you open it. Just arrived so can’t say anymore than that.

毎朝、昼の食後に一粒づつ飲んで、週3回ペースで筋トレをしています。飲み始めて一月半頃から体重が少しづつ減り始め、2ヶ月経ったら現在、3㎏減です。はじめはCLAだけでしたが、他の方のレビューを見て、最近はLカルニチンも一緒に飲んでいます。皆さんおっしゃる通り、粒が大きいですが、特に苦労することもなく飲めます。品物は配達予定日から4日ほど遅れて届きました。ただ、その件に対する問い合わせの回答が迅速丁寧だったので、不満はありません。今回リピートするにあたり、また届くまでに日にちが掛かるかも知れないと思い、早めに注文しました。
