Review: you have to eat a heavy meal before taking - I tried having a snack then having this and it just messed up my stomach. I threw up, multiple times. You need to eat a heavy meal before taking. Also, if its only one capsule per day, it would be better. Its just a lot of work to eat 2 heavy meals a day and to remember to take them.
