Crucial 32GB Kit (16GBx2), 260-pin SODIMM, DDR4 PC4-19200,

I purchased this Crucial 32GB kit (2x16GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM) to upgrade my 2018 HP ENVY x360 15m-cn0xxx with an Intel Core i7-8550U processor. My laptop originally had 12GB of RAM, and during normal use with Chrome, ChatGPT, office applications, PDFs, and other programs, memory utilization was frequently around 79–86%. I was experiencing noticeable lag, occasional freezing, and slower switching between applications. I had never upgraded laptop memory myself before, but the installation turned out to be conceptually very straightforward. After opening the laptop, disconnecting the battery, removing the RAM shield, and releasing the two original memory modules, these Crucial modules installed easily. The notch in the SODIMM makes the correct orientation very clear. The laptop recognized the full 32GB immediately. Windows and HWiNFO confirmed 32GB DDR4-2400, dual-channel, 2 of 2 slots occupied. I also ran both the HP Memory Fast Test and the much longer HP Memory Extensive Test, and both passed with no errors. The difference was immediate. Under similar everyday use, memory utilization dropped from around 80–86% to approximately 27%, leaving more than 20GB available. The previous dragging and freezing are essentially gone, applications switch much more smoothly, and the laptop feels significantly more responsive. This upgrade gave an eight-year-old laptop a new lease on life and was far more economical than replacing an otherwise good computer. The order also arrived in Georgia on time, approximately one week after ordering, and both modules were well packaged and worked perfectly. Very satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this kit for a compatible older laptop that supports 32GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM memory.

I can't believe it but this actually works in my 2017 HP Spectre X360. I just upgraded from 16 to 32GB RAM despite HP saying it's not possible. Memtest confirmed 0 issues. This and a fresh installation of Windows and my 9yo laptop is fresh again for my new side hustle. Crazy! Model: 15 bl012dx

GREAT PRICE for Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 Laptop Memory CT2K16G4SFRA32A. I used this after checking Crucial Web Site/Store. Went from 8GB to 32 for $105 - What a deal and huge improvement to my wife's HP Notebook-17by1023cl. They have a scan they do on your computer and it tell you ALL the Ram & Hard Drives that they sell that will work in your computer. DO NOT BELIEVE HP. They will tell you it is only upgradable to 16GB which is what they said about mine & wife's computers. Now they are both at 32GB and Mine used Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4 2400 MHz CL17 Laptop Memory CT2K16G4SFD824A and now has a new 500GB Solid State Drive. AND they GIVE you the software for FREE to 100% Clone your old drive and replace it with the new drive and NOTHING LOOKS or is DIFFERENT but a lot FASTER. I did the scans then purchased on Amazon. It is easier to return stuff if there is a problem. (BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM) Crucial is FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY. I even upgraded my server RAM that the factory said could NOT be upgraded. I bought this to upgrade a 2017 27” iMac with 8g of RAM to 40g. When I added it, the iMac would not boot and I got a black screen only despite waiting several minutes. I rearranged the RAM and tried several configurations. It would boot with only the original 8g or with only the new 32g of crucial memory but not with both. It’s running fine and fast with 32, but I’m a little disappointed that I wasn’t able to get 40g in my machine like others have.

This has definitely increased my multi tasking capabilities, Chrome can eat RAM all it wants now. It even runs my virtual servers with ease.

It fits perfectly with easy installation on my Lenovo Legion Y720 and works great with no issues.

I was in a fix between Corsair and this one. Chose this because it's around 4K cheaper with all features remaining the same. Also Corsair was from Global store which has it's own hassles if something goes wrong with the product and I have to return it. I got 32 GB in total (two 16GB sticks) for my Intel NUC. I mainly use my system for virtualisation which needs a lot RAM. Also, RAM is something which I don't want to upgrade so maxed out the capacity. Using it now for 2 days and the speed is amazing, much faster than my laptop which has 1666 Mgz frequency. Would definitely recommend this one over others for price / performance ratio.
