How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Cold Therapy?

Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. It will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer. Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes.

How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Hot Therapy?

To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve firmly against the skin, it should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

Where should I store my FreezeSleeve?

Always store your Freeze Sleeve in the provided resealable & recyclable bag. Keep the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. Your Freeze Sleeve will stay flexible when frozen.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to ensure proper fit.

How do you clean FreezeSleeve?

To clean, use a damp cloth to mildly rub the outer layer of fabric. Allow FreezeSleeve to completely air dry before putting it back into the freezer. Do not get your Freeze Sleeve wet.

Kühlt gut, lässt aber schnell nach. Am besten kurz ins Tiefkuhlfach legen und dann hat man mehr Erfolg. Für meinen Ellenbogen optimal.

Fabulous product!

My son hurt his knee and has needed to ice it fairly often. This sleeve is soft and comfortable. All you do it take it out of the outer package and put it in the freezer. About an hour or two later you take it out and pull it on. It stays cold for quite a while. The material is strong and durable. We liked it so much we bought a second one! Highly recommend!
