Usually 8 piece are enough to make a full head. If you like thicker or need longer hair, it's better to wear one more piece.

How many orders should I make will the 8 packs be enough for a whole head?

The packs are a but thin. For my size head, 8 packs from this manufacturer wasnt enough snd we had to improvise.

Can I shampoo with this hair in? If so, how?

Yes, you can shampoo with this hair in. What I would do is use a mild shampoo or even a co wash conditioner and gently massage the scalp do not rub the hair. Rinse (do not rub the hair ). Gently squeeze the hair put and use oils for your scalp. If you have your hair braided down and wash the hair set the blow dryer to medium and high pressure or sit under the dryer not too high.

Does mouse make it curlier on the ends?
