I originally bought one a couple bucks cheaper and firm, it was like a hard styrofoam rock! Literally was painful on my spine. I didn’t want soft, and I found this one! It’s hard enough to work out any problem areas for me it’s my bad posture and I get muscles knots in my shoulder blades areas. It’s wonderful product! I dont use it enough because I work out everyday and dont have the knots now that I work out. But it’s a wonderful size or length and diameter to use to roll out your back from side to side or top to bottom! Stores straight up easily in a closet. Impressed with the quality compared to the speckled weird hard foam… felt like styrofoam vs memory foam like this one. This one says medium; but I would consider it firm. If I’m thinking memory foam it’s definitely firm. However others say firm and it’s literally hard as hard can get, like diamond hard. This one is a perfect balance of firm but soft enough not to fracture your bones lol I’m 5’6” muscular 180lbs and I wouldn’t want it much softer if at all.

This foam roller is firm but comfortable, perfect for deep tissue massages or muscle recovery. It’s a great addition to my workout routine.

I got this at the suggestion of my massage therapist for a condition I have. It’s firm and seems well constructed and was packed well. There was no plastic smell. I can’t speak to value, I didn’t think it was that expensive but I didn’t check the price at any other retailers.

This roller is a good value for the 36” size but it is too hard. I thought the medium density would have some give but it doesn’t. It was uncomfortable on my spine. The smooth texture is nice, easy to clean.I gave it 4 stars because the item is not defective, it just didn’t work for me.

I have a hard foam roller that literally hurts when I try to use it for Pilates or other similar exercises. This one is prefect for that. I love the density of this foam roller. The size works well. Good value for the money, I’m happy with it!

I specifically bought this roller because of the color shown, which in the color way of my choice is pink with white. The actual product received is pink with blue. I needed the product quickly, so it was more of a hassle to return it than to keep it unfortunately.The quality and size is as described.

I've been really happy with this. It is quite firm, which is what I wanted, but not painful. I purchased the 36" so it would be long enough to lie on to open up my chest. My head down to my tailbone are all supported. I have not been using it to roll over tight muscles/fascia. It's possible it would not be firm enough for some people for that purpose, but I find it comparable in density to a roller I had been recommended years ago for rolling out my IT band. So would likely still work IMO.

The roller is not too hard and not too soft. Very effective for stretching legs and keeping muscles pliable.

It does what I needed it to do.It's very strong and sturdy.Lye on it with my back facing it & it does the job.

This is perfect for what I needed it for. Nice colours and feels nice. Use it for my back exercises after car accident
