I was really shocked to hear from them - that’s some personalized service! They actually cared and wanted me to understand how their sizing works. Silly me, I actually ordered the wrong size. But I was worried the small would be too small, and they helped me understand how the adjustable dial works. I ordered the small and lo and behold, it was a perfect fit for my son! He loves the helmet and thinks he looks pretty cool in it. I feel good knowing my son is wearing quality protection that is durable, and made by a company that cares about its customers.The helmet I ordered was too big for my 12 year old son. It would be better if this came in s, m, l, and xl. Because this only comes I. 2 sizes, it makes it more difficult to find a good fit. Our school has balance bikes and bicycles on the playground. My twins are almost 5. With big ole heads. I took my kids to a big box store just to see availability and they needed an 8-13 year helmet. So does it run small? Do my kids have gigantic heads? Maybe yes on both. But it does secure well, they enjoy the fit, and well ...dozens of falls ice skating and countless falls on the playground. Their noggins are safe.
