I use this with iodine or finely grinded herbs. Helped to cure a sinus infection in two days. I keep this on hand especially when traveling. I use it as a precaution also.

This product is awesome! Within 24 hours of using it the very first time I didn't wake up coughing. I had less phlegm and could breath without wheezing. Now I have used it for several days and the good results continue!

Cannot replace strange. but mouth is broken.. u should inhale in broken piece. And cannot smell the salt, how it is mentioned in the product. Sadly stuck with it, was so excited to use for my son who has sinus

So surprised! I'd been having problems with just this extremely thick seeming mucus that was causing me to cough--a lot!--and even sometimes to choke while eating. And of course it affected my breathing which was just so frustrating because I'm a very active outdoors kind of person. So aggravating to be involved in physical activities that you enjoy and dealing with this constant cough and tickle in the throat. And this had been going on for months. I'd tried several different things before taking a chance on the salt inhaler. I didn't really look for it to help much but kept coming back to it and reading about it. Finally broke down and bought one. It came in and I sat down that night and started using it the way the directions said. Let me tell you, rarely have I felt so stupid. I mean, you can't even taste the salt. So I'm just sitting there doing this stupid thing and thinking I've been suckered for certain but determined to give it a fair shot because I really don't like the feeling of being suckered. So hoping I was wrong about that, I decided to puff this nothing pipe faithfully for a week or two just in case it might have some little positive effect before tossing it as a loss. So anyway, the next morning after receiving the inhaler I was in the floor doing my normal morning workout and my husband walks in and sits down with his coffee. After a few minutes he asked me if I could tell any difference in my breathing. I was like...wait. Oh wow...I sat up and told him I hadn't even thought about it that morning until he said something but then realized that I wasn't coughing , my throat wasn't tickling and my breathing was easy. I was so pleasantly surprised. Still can't believe it. It's been less than a week since and I'm walking on cloud nine because the problem I'd been having is no more. Would not call it a miracle product because I don't really believe in those but for me personally it is a God send. I can now do my workouts, two mile daily walks and ride my horses again without sounding like I have asthma or a serious smoker's cough...pretty amazing to me. Definitely recommend but can't say how well or how quickly it might help someone with a known serious lung condition. I just know that it will get rid of an excess mucus kind of post nasal drip problem in a hurry.
