These are very absorbent and good fit.

Lifesaver for the caregiver and the user. I immediately found that a proper fitting undergarment was the most important asset for an incontinent patient. Especially if they have mobility issues. Tried and failed a number of products. These work very well. All the others may have a use / but not for us. Absorbency and leak protection is the best I’ve found. Durable. Yet manageable in the on and off scenario. Pulls liquids away nicely too.

Ok, but not for overnight
Purchased for a 90 year old woman, they really didn't make a significant difference in absorbancy. Still woke up in the morning with wet night gown, and bed pad.
