It definitely does the job of removing moisture from the air - in our son’s 3x3m (ish) bedroom the 20m2 machine removed 200ml in the first 24hrs on the ‘low’ mode which was great. It hasn’t markedly reduced humidity but that’s likely because it’s still such high humidity outside, but taking comfort in the fact it’s removing moisture. Feel it’s expensive but it’s the best looking on the market and nice and compact to be placed in a corner, the light can’t be switched off when operating dehumidifier sadly and the purifier function must also be on whilst dehumidifying but not a bad thing. Ideal for a bedroom small room but you may require something bigger for anything else not cheap now twice the price I paid 2 years ago , but you’ll spend a lot of money if you have to throw things out because of damp and mould . Quite small and compact pretty quiet so you can sleep with it on without any problem , it’s low powered so seems cheap to run .
