Green Screen Organic Sunscreen Zinc Oxide SPF 32 Non-Tinted ORIGINAL - Soy-Free - Vegan - Gluten-free - 8oz/230g As 2x4oz

Really happy with this sun screen. I am constantly searching for a good sunscreen for my young children. I regularly used the badger brand, but did find the consistency to be difficult to work with at times. This brand received a good rating on the EWG website, so decided to give it a try. Great consistency for a zinc-based product--creamier than some that I have used and easier to spread, especially on an active baby. It does sometimes need a little shake/squeeze in the bottle before using to mix the product, but it takes 2 seconds and doesn't bother me. The smell is neutral and the coverage seems to work well. I also now use the product and am happy with it. Similar to other zinc sunscreens that I have used, you definitely feel that there is something on your skin, but not nearly as much as many of the other brands that I have tried. It also isn't as difficult to wash off at the end of the day (although just water probably won't do it completely). I also felt that this sunscreen didn't leave as visible a pasty white look on the skin. The only negative that I have found so far is that I haven't found it for sale as a single item yet and it is on the pricier side. I do plan on purchasing more of this product though and would definitely recommend it.

I bought this because of all the natural ingredients. The problem is it just doesn’t rub into you skin very easily and you have this white mask on your face. So if you don’t mind that I think the product works well.

It’s amazing with sun protection, but does not blend into your skin due to the high level of zinc, which is good, but still looks unflattering. Just have to be comfortable with having white arms and legs and neck I guess?

Dr Fuhrman turned me into this product. He said “I don’t want to learn in 10 years that nano titanium dioxide particles were getting in my blood stream so I wear this.” That’s also my way of thinking. Your skin is a very large organ & most sunscreen chemicals go right into your bloodstream. With that in mind, I’m sticking to organic olive oil & non-nano particles here. My super sensitive skin loves this stuff. Yes it is a bit of a red hot mess. Get over it, get used to it and worship the company for protecting your health with the ingredients they use. My horse does try to eat the olive oil; just keep the tube off the hay rack. You will sometimes, or all the time, get some on your clothes. Get over it & don’t be lazy, your long term health is worth it. A bit of Dawn dish detergent & warm/hot water spot cleans it right off. THANK YOU for making this. Oh also the one sunscreen that does not hurt my eyes. And I use Burt’s Bees make up wipes to remove the initial layer before water because otherwise it was clogging my sink.

I use this for solar protective primer. Super clean over my moisturizer. I love to layer the bronze or peach kabana over this one to block out any white face. Kabana sincere is Super clean, protective & safe over pre/ post procedure skin.

Works well as a sunscreen. Does leave a white pasty appearance on skin.

My son had a severe allergic reaction to neutrogena baby free and clear so we were hunting for an organic zinc oxide sunscreen and this one works perfectly . He has a photosensitivity now after the allergic reaction and this sunscreen works great no issues we buy it for all our kids now . Just back from sarasota fl and no burns and no allergic reactions with green screen !!!!! Great stuff

After doing some research on less-toxic sunscreens containing Zinc, I came across this one. I have fair skin and burn easily. I live in sunny Colorado and get plenty of opportunity to be outside. I've used this product several times and have not had a sunburn. It's thick and pasty and a little goes a long way. Rubbing it in takes some time, it may take patience if using it on kids as it doesn't go on easily. No scent is nice. The cost is high, but I would continue to buy and use this.
