OEM Lug nut
What can you say. They are OEM lug nuts that were used to replace the locking lug nuts on my 2018 4Runner. I have had bad luck previously on my Toyota Sequoia with the locking lug nuts (Sheared off) and will always replace them with standard OEM lug nuts.

Fits 2010 Lexus GX 460
Perfect fit for 2010 Lexus GX 460. The Amazon Garage does not shown this as a fit, but it does fit the GX 460. This truck has a lot of similarities to the 4Runner and Tundra. Be sure to cross reference any parts before ordering.

Not a match for 2016 Sienna
Perfectly good lug nut. However, IT DOES NOT MATCH 2016 SIENNA LUG NUTS! I wanted to replace the locking lugs and didn't get them with my van when I bought it. The threads match, and they work, but these are longer than the existing lugs.
