The plastic clip broke after just a few days (less than a week's use). I looked at the parts of the broken clip and there's a small part that takes a lot of pressure, more than such a small piece of plastic can take.I am glad I didn't buy a 2-pack of these or I would soon have two broken clips, I'm sure. There as nothing about the plastic that looked like there was a fault in manufacturing of the clip, like a bubble in the plastic that would weaken the plastic. This is a great idea but poor implementation and poor design of the clip. The way the clip works seems backwards, too. Instead of pressing down on the clip with your thumb and finger to open the jaw of the clip, you have to pull apart the one side to get the jaw open, then you squeeze gently with your thumb and finger to close it. This is backwards to how an alligator (crocodile) clip works. I've never seen this sort of action on a clip. And try to do this behind your head. It's near impossible to work the clip. If the seller responds with a replacement and it performs better, I will update this review with more stars for customer service.
