Ordered an xl a month ago and now I’m in a large! I do suggest going down a size or two tho because according to the chart I needed a 2x and it was way too big!! So I sent back for a an XL and I was still on the second row so a month later and I’m in a large so just expect it to go back if you go by the chart cuz it’s big! However it works sooo good! I sweat at the gym and it gives me the best shape! Hooks are a lot thing and sturdy not like some Walmart girdle where the hooks stretch and bend! These hooks make it do what it do!! Can’t wait to order a medium 😁

They are awesome and really supports back however it started ripping on the side :/. But recommend it highly!

Just got the package, tried everything on. Nothing was damaged. Fabric is a little stretchy, which is nice. There is a funny smell to it, but it's to be expected. I really like the little bag, very convenient.

Decent product. The arm wraps stay put, but the thigh ones slide off as I sweat, no matter whether they are over or under my shorts. Started using the thigh wraps with firming cream overnight, to get some use out of them. Helps keep me warm at night during cool weather too. I do have to ask for help getting the arm wraps on; it's kind of a trick to wrap them one-handed.

Works good, using it about 2x weekly. Makes you sweat more than normal in those target areas.

It works for the most part, but during that first week of usage the material actually started coming apart from where the velcro adheres to the band.

Works great, and fits large! Love them!
