A good supplement… I’ve been taking it for some years now.

Helps in pain reduction
The capsules have help me reduce taking over the counter pain killers, where it masks the issue. The capsules I believe do help with the inflammation and pain . I understand puts some vitamins in your body. However obviously someone in a more qualified position would have to verify that. Always check it alongside whatever else you are taking also.

I have bought these several times as I don't cook with turmeric. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

I think I had a reaction to the pepper, can’t give a fair review
The product started working for me after 2 weeks, I noticed pain relief in my joints. However I seem to have a reaction to the Peperine in the product so discontinued treatment. I have had 1 other pepper reaction before,so I’m assuming it’s that.

Too Many Seals
Item is ok. Not sure how effective it is as I’ve been taking Turmeric in one form or another for years. My only criticism is why does it have to have a cellophane seal over the lid AND a seal inside over the bottle? Being visually impaired and lacking in dexterity I find it extremely difficult to open a new bottle. I can jab a knife in the seal on the bottle and lift it but the cellophane on the lid takes me ages to get enough off so I can unscrew the lid.
