Can i use this oil on my 2018 infinite qx 30 ,thank you

Sure you can. It's BM Approval 229.5 and Infiniti qx30 has a mercedes-benz engine gla250

I purchased this and it did not say bmw ll-01. instead, it had fiat on it. anyone knows if motul lost their bmw certification.

I've been using this stuff on my BMW for two years now, and I just ordered 1x 5-liter jug and 2x 1-liter bottle (ships from and sold by Amazon). The 5-liter jug with a date code of 10/15/20 says Fiat instead of BMW and the 1-liter bottle with a date code of 6/21/18 says BMW LL-01 as usual. I'm guessing since the new-gen B48 and B58 engine has switched to LL14FE 0w-20 for fuel efficiency reasons, it stopped making sense for Motul to pay BMW for a certification that only works on discontinued older models. Take a look at the 8100 x-cess 5w-40, the cover photo has switched to a version without the LL-01 certification as well. But it's really not that big of a deal since this oil still qualifies for ACEA A3/B4, which BMW manual says is recommanded for their engine.
