The product came unsealed with some of the quantity used I registered complaint and was assured the replacement by 27 aug but it arrive It's very disappointing

I tried The Derma Co 10% Niacinamide Serum and had a generally good experience with it. The serum is easy to apply and fits well into a regular skincare routine. Especially it's non greasy. However, I feel that the results can vary depending on the individual's skin type and how the skin responds to the product. It may work well for some people but may not give the same experience for everyone.
