I got this because read that it enhances sleep if added to your yogurt recipe. I didn’t notice a sleep improvement but the taste of the yogurt went down substantially. Ick.

I've spent many hundreds of dollars on probiotics and most of them were helpful but the 'one' main thing that stood out was the strength/quality. Many probiotics are either dead or no longer the true potency of what the manufacture indicates. When I first tried this sellers product, I took the 'normal' dosage that I would take from other brands and found myself in a bit of a detox reaction because of the difference in quality/potency. With this clarity, a person can save money in addition to getting the true/full effects of the product(s). Then there is their customer service which is a matching quality.
