Hi i paid for priority shipping to thailand and arrival date is more than 5days. may i know why?

Vendors as well as amazon, email tracking to buyers, reference your track number or contact the particular buyer from whom you've purchased, 5 days is not an excessive time for International parcels.

Is it fluffy as pictured or you have to buy a petticoat for underneath?

Hello, This costume has a small layer of puffy fabric underneath, but the model is also holding the skirt out to make it appear especially full. If you want it to be very full, like pictured, you will need a puffy petticoat. Thanks for your question!

I have a 9 years old niece. size medium 8-9 for what age?

Hi, theres a sizing chart, to the left of the image...this will probably be too small...Medium 7-8 26-27" 22.5-23" 27-29" 20-23" 50-53" 58-66 lbs.
