Does this thing really help to clean fallopian tube's

I had a tubal ligation for 12years before I decided to reverse it Last year June 8 2020 i did a tubal ligation reversal almost a year with no luck In January of this year we i to the dr to get a HSG test which the result were devastating, the dr said my left tube was blocked my right tube the dye go in but wasn't flow the doctor told me my only way was with IVF I decided to do some research to unblocked tubes natural alternatives to unblock the tubes and came across these products on YouTube i started doing Castor packs and started the chinese herb teas YiMuCao and XiXianCao im having faith that it work

My tubes are unblocked now :-) :-). I was drinking yi mu cao and xi xian cao for about 6 months, besides this I was taking high potency serrapeptase 9 capsules a day 3 in each meal, I also got sabina pellets 30 c, from boiron 2 times a day and I did castor oil packs, all this for seven.months and now my tubes are open

Medication opened before been delivered to me

I receive the Chinese herb,(yi mu cao),and when I unbox it,the medication was already open,I sent a mail to ask why the medication was already open but haven’t gotten a reply yet,so I won’t take the medication because I don’t know why it was already open and what is actually inside
