The first pomade I ever used, so I have little to compare it to. Performed as expected. Medium hold as advertised. Overcame my cowlicks and thick, naturally wavy hair. Depending on how much I used, I could lay hair down straight and thick or leave shades of the natural wave/curl. Scent of light vanilla was pleasant. I found it spreads better on dry or slightly damp hand. Some clumping when hands were wet at the start. Recommend and will buy again.

My husband has a collection of rumble 59 schmeres. Love the crow and the different smells and holds.

My favorite pomade, used at least 20 tins. Not too hard, not too soft. Awesome shine. Have to wear a hat for work (military) and I love that it doesn't "set" and I can just recomb my hair. Definitely hit it with a hair dryer to liquefy the top layers and put into towel dried wet hair. Rub onto palm and fingers and spread through your hair like you're spiking your hair back in the day. Comb/brush after, and you're good to go.
