After so many purchases I almost gave up. This thing is amazing! It leaves no bulging back fat because the whole garment is evenly reinforced instead of just the top. There's also no stomach bulging at the top to worry about because it rises all the way to the bottom of your bra. There's no panty lines and no bulging clips through the front of the garment which is the problem with others so it doesn't show through tight shirts or dresses. The panty part is so soft too since it has extra stretching and it's a thing so no panty lines! I am 5'9" and 157 lbs and bought one size up after measuring hips and waist I got a Large and it fits like a charm.
