Fantastic new product - cleanser, skin conditioner and face wash in one
I've not seen or used this product before. It seesm to be a newer addition to the Neal's Yard barnd and is one of a range of Frankincense products. It is pricey but it feels luxurious as if you are having a spa day at home and giving yourself a facial ( there are videos of influencers using this product to give lymphatic and other facial massages on Youtube). It is a multi use product. It can be used on dry skin. Warm a few drops of the gel/oil from the tube on warm palms and massage into the skin to cleanse and condition. Then add some water and the gel oil turns creamy and can be used as a facewash/cleanser and then rinsed off. It can also just be used as a cleanser/face wash on wet skin or with a few drops of water added to some of the gel in your palm. It feels gentle. I'm usually not a fan of scented face products as i have sensitive skin but this felt lush and hasn't caused any irritation. My skin feels lovely and clean after use and soft and mositurised not dried out at all.the tube comes with a hygienic foil seal and icomes boxed. Lovely addition to the Neal's Yard "stable"

I’ve never used this before but have bought this brand before.. I actually contacted Neal’s yard regarding this being named incorrectly and the smell,they assured me that it is genuine , not a great example of this product . Interesting to hear others think it smells off, it is not enjoyable at all to use. Disappointed

Lovely gentle face wash.
This smells beautiful and is mild enough to use every day. It works well on my sensitive skin and is cruelty free.
