Unisex Incontinence Pants | Waterproof Adult Diaper Cover

These cover pants are working great for me. :)The fit around my thighs and waist is snug but not uncomfortable and definitely doesn’t leak! For the record I’m 6’4”, 204 pounds with a waist size of 44” and a thigh size of 25” making the XL size a perfect fit especially with pull-up diapers. Right out of the package there is no discernible smell with just a hint of a “new car” scent. My only concern is that in a relatively quiet room one can definitely hear that the pants are a bit noisy but still soooooo worth it for stopping my clothes from getting noticeably wet.

Love these. I've ordered many pairs over the years and have always been happy with the quality and comfort. I get them for myself. I don't have a medical need for them, but I often wear plastic pants instead of regular underwear, mostly because I love how they feel, but I also enjoy the security they provide. I don’t really wet my pants but sometimes I leak a little bit. With plastic pants on, it’s a nonissue. No one knows, they dry quickly, and wet plastic pants feel so much nicer than damp underwear.I’ve tried lots of plastic pants and will tell you that not all of them can be comfortably worn on their own, but these pants can easily be worn all day long and they feel awesome. They're well-fitted, they have wide comfortable elastics, and they’re made from a unique material that's very different from the PVC often used to make plastic pants. This waterproof material is soft and smooth and very breathable. But I will say they're alarmingly noisy when you take them out of the package for the first time. If you enjoy the sound typically associated with plastic pants, then you’ll probably love these. But if you're concerned with noise, I will say they get quieter the more you wear them, and it's not particularly obvious and a public setting. I've worn them out a ton and don't even give it a second thought. Besides, most people wouldn’t notice or care if I have plastic pants on.They're not the prettiest plastic pants I've ever owned, however they are offered in three colours for some variety. They feel similar but look very different. White (my favourite) with its frosty, waxy appearance, resembles typical plastic pants. Unfortunately, it's also prone to staining and darkening with age. Beige looks more like fabric and is the quietest of the bunch (but not by much) and is more resilient to staining and aging. Black is a fun material that's super glossy on the inside but looks sleek and mysterious on the outside, like a slightly shiny nylon. It doesn't seem to stain or age at all. It's probably the loudest but again, not by much.If you follow the size chart carefully, you can't go wrong. They're sized perfectly with room left over for padding. The legs are properly positioned and snug, but not tight. The elastics are thick and very comfortable. The waist is generous but not too high and perfect for daytime use. They wouldn't normally show with any of the pants I usually wear unless I deliberately pull them up higher. Thanks to the interior coating, these are fairly easy to clean. I normally wipe them down well after use and they come pretty clean. The elastics aren't as easy to clean by hand, so I do machine launder them on occasion, which they tolerate well. But the gentler you treat them, the longer they will last.If you’re looking to try plastic pants for the first time, I probably can't say enough good things about these -- they're my absolute favourite. They're a fun and practical alternative to conventional underwear. Whether you want to wear them on their own or with a diaper, these are absolutely worth a try. They're a little on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion.

Bought these for my 94 yr old, incontinent Father. He doesn't object at all to wearing them, and they work. He's worn them at night for about 2 weeks and only 'leaked' once. But he moves around alot during his sleep. A dry bed in the morning is so much better than removing, washing, drying and putting sheets back on the bed every day ! I've washed them by hand, but found that they do just as well in the washer/dryer. Expensive, but I buying some more of them today !

What a total waste of money! The mess of leakage for the person I am caring for was far worse than ever before. I would not recommend spending any money on this product. I am truly disappointed!!!

I purchased a size XL for my 10 year old who occasionally has accidents in the bed at night. She is 10, is about 5'4", and weighs about 100 lbs. They fit perfectly around the waist with not much room for weight gain. I had to get some scissors and cut a little slit on the outer thigh of each leg of these vinyl underwear, or else the leg holes would be much too tight. There was zero leakage when she accidentally wet the bed.

My mother used this product for bedtime. Initially I was very happy with this product. For a few weeks there were no leaks. But then after a while the leaks were coming out of the sides and sometimes at the top. And yes the fit was VERY SNUG. In fact it was so snug that the seams around the thighs were leaving red marks on my mother. Plus it was making her itch on the back of her thighs. To be fair this product will work very good for a light to mid incontinent / bed wetter. It just stopped working as well for my mom. She is has a high incontinent condition. She wears a disposable diaper with TWO additional urinary pads, one in the front and one in the back. But yet there was leakage on the side. AND YES SHE WAS CHANGED PROMPTLY AFTER A NIGHT’S SLEEP. I I don’t want people thinking that I was leaving her for a long time with soiled diapers.Anywho… now I put a second disposable diaper on top of the first one. That seems to be working better, at least it is not leaving red marks along her thighs. But small leaks still occur, so it’s not the product. It depends on the severity of the incontinence.P.S. buy 2 because you’ll be washing the first one when leaks occur and will need to use the second one to backfill the first while it dries.

Anyone claiming they're "not waterproof" is likely using them wrong! The material itself is impermeable to liquid/moisture, the leaks people are likely experiencing are either due to improper fit (they NEED to be very snug around the leg cuffs and the waistband needs to extend well above the top of the diaper! The elastics are covered in a soft (but absorbent) material. So if they're directly exposed to the wet core of the diaper, they will "wick" the material out of the diaper and onto the wearers clothing or bedding, making it look like they just leaked everywhere, but in reality, the wet clothing sucked the liquid right out of the diaper! To prevent this, first off, make sure the leg cuffs of the diaper are pulled all the way up into the crotch area, and they're not dropping loosely when the wearer bends their legs or moves. Also make sure the diapers leg gathers aren't turned inward, run your fingers around the entire leg gather on both legs to make sure they lay flat and snug, high up into the crotch and around the leg.Next make sure the diaper itself is the correct size! This is REALLY important, if the wearer has a huge/oversized diaper, it will always fit loosely. And when you tuck that loose diaper inside of a pair of waterproof pants, the liquid will pour right out the leg gathers! The last thing is to make sure you're using the right diaper in the first place! If you're putting these pants over ANY product made by Depend, then you're going to have bad results. These pants aren't designed to sudden make BAD diapers work better! They're designed to help make GOOD diapers fit better by holding them up/in place better, and they're meant to help prevent the rare/infrequent leak that may happen when a "good" diaper is oversaturated or has become loose and is no longer fitting properly (like at night when the wearer tosses and turns and the diaper gets tugged/slid around or out of place. If the diaper all by itself (with no cover) leaks more frequently than not, then these pants are NOT the right option for you. You absolutely need to switch to a better diaper that performs better (which is NOT something you can buy from any grocery or drug store!, You need to order them online)Once you have the right diaper that can be worn by itself WITHOUT leaking most of the time, THAT'S when you should be considering using these pants over them.Putting these pants on over a Depend or drug store brand brief, is like putting a racing stripe sticker on a Ford Fiesta and expecting it to beat a Corvette on a race track!Start with a GOOD, high performance diaper.. them (and ONLY then) consider adding a pair of waterproof pants to help prevent the rare/occasional leak.Good luck!

I had two reasons for trying Kleinert’s. I purchased a competing “breathable” product some time ago and was quite disappointed with the workmanship; if worn with the seams on the inside, the tag at the back was exposed, and there were some other problems as well. The first expedient I had tried was a cheaper vinyl/plastic 3-pack for under $10. These created so much sweat that they were extremely unpleasant to wear, so when I read that your brand purported to have overcome this problem, I decided that it was worth the price to give them a try. They arrived yesterday just in time for me to wear them to my doctor’s appointment, and while I can’t as yet testify to their actual effectiveness (surely I don’t need to be more specific!), I can state that, as advertised, they do not create heat. In other words, no sweat! My only quibble is that the “rise” could be a little higher; they don’t quite come up to my waist in back, but in view of the advantages mentioned I consider this to be an extremely minor issue!Thank you for the sizing tips, and thank you for providing a product that not only addresses the problem, but takes the comfort of the customer into account as well. I will be purchasing another couple of pairs within the next few days.

Probably the best rubber pants I've worn, noiseless and not hot or clamy. I have bought three pairs so far and will be buying more as my other rubber pants become worn out

Excellent waterproof protection! May be used day or night for day or night time protection. Great for all ages and for all uses. The product is an excellent true fit and is a soft durable material, due to the noiseless material it is very discreet and may be used at home, work or social events. Love it!!!

Comfy- worth buying it. Exactly as it is described.

un peu serré mais fonctionne très bien

works well to prevent leaking. Some foods and medications can cause increased urination.I would recommend wearing incontinence underwear under this item for extra security.
