Is the baby blue color as pictured?

I did not order that color, the navy and dark red were accurate though

I never got my order , it shows delivered but it’s not here . No where to be seen. What should I do ?

Call Amazon Customer Service ASAP. They have always been great about sending out a replacement(or refund). I strongly suggest that you call them immediately though! You never know today, people don't care especially when they'll take something off your front porch in a heartbeat. Fortunately I have the Ring video doorbell camera and that seems to scare them off. Don't usually have a problem where I live until the Christmas rolls around and they come to the very nice neighborhoods. It's so sad but unfortunately it's true. You shouldn't have any problems when you call Amazon customer service!!!

Is the blue color as shown in display?

Yes the blue is the same navy blue as in the d shown.

What is the Length of the top from shoulder to bottom the desc doesnt seem right

The measurements are correct as noted on the advertisement.
